Education: Currently a student at the University of Manitoba, in my second year studying Kinesiology.

Passions/Hobbies: I love everything Wheelchair Basketball! The sport is both my passion and my hobby. I spend a lot of my time either on court or strength training for wheelchair basketball. When I’m not doing something basketball related, I’m studying, eating, or sleeping.

Personal Story: You’ll notice that I walk into the gym and often coach Mini Ballers programs walking, even though I play wheelchair basketball! I injured my hip when I was twelve quite severely, but the inclusive nature of wheelchair basketball allows anyone to play no matter their physical abilities. Wheelchair basketball is so much fun, and all athletes of all abilities are equally important, valued, and necessary to having a wheelchair basketball team!
